Q 9 : How do i send an email to a user if his email client software doesn't support Java?

Use the SendMail type as 'Send Message as Text' to send the message.
When this option is used, the message will be sent as text and the mail recipient can use any email client software to receive the message. But the recipient requires the IndoWeb Sinhala font to read the message.
If the Sinhala font is already available in the recipient's system, then the message will appear directly in Sinhala. Otherwise, the user has to download and install the Sinhala font using the link available in the message.

If you are using Outlook Express(IE) 4.0(or above), set the Encoding from the View menu (View -> Encoding) to User-Defined. If the Encoding is other than User-Defined, Indian language characters will not appear properly.
